Refund Policy

How purchases of credits and subscriptions are handled, and when refunds apply.

1. How credits work

Credits are a prepaid balance used across Wild Trading Software products. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire. You spend credits when you run paid actions such as a build.

2. Automatic refunds

We return credits to your wallet automatically in these cases:

  • a build fails because of a system error on our side;
  • a blueprint cannot be built — it is stopped before any credits are charged;
  • a paid tool action (for example a Brainstorm message) errors mid-request — the failed step is refunded.

3. What is not refundable

Because credits pay for work that is actually performed, the following are not refunded:

  • a completed build that returns a valid result — including a “robustness not found” verdict, which is the result you paid to discover;
  • builds you cancel after they have started;
  • credits already consumed on completed work.

4. Credit packs & subscriptions

Purchases of credit packs and subscription payments are handled in line with applicable consumer law and our payment provider’s terms. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; credits already granted to your wallet remain yours.
